Respect and Kindness

We request that you treat our team with respect, courtesy and kindness. You may be asked to leave if you are unable to uphold these values.

Health and safety

If you are allergic to any nail products, please inform our staff prior to and on arrival to your appointment so that we can make the necessary adjustments to accommodate for you.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any clients who presents with active or suspected nail, fungal or any other skin infections. 

Refund and exchange policy

All products (including Gift Certificates) and services purchased through Nail Story Toowoomba are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Customer satisfaction policy

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work received, we will redo any service at no cost to you provided that you inform us immediately after we have performed the service. As soon as you have walked out the salon door, this will be interpreted as you having accepted and are happy with the service we have provided.

Service booking policy

We are unable to accommodate for any last minute changes requested upon arrival to your appointment. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have booked the desired service correctly.  If you need to amend your booking, please kindly contact our salon in advance, and we will endeavour to update your booking.

Cancellation policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any ‘No Show’, cancellations or rescheduling requests that are made less than 24 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee of 25% of the booking value, which will be charged at the next appointment. Please ensure you provide us with the required notice to avoid unwanted fees. Late arrival policy

We allow a grace period of up to 10 minutes for late arrivals. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may be required to change or downgrade your treatment to account for lost time.  

Gift voucher policy

Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to obtain any cash advance.
We are not liable to redeem any Gift Voucher that is presented for redemption after the expiry date.
Treat your Gift Voucher like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Gift Vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded.
You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Voucher.

Public Holiday & After-hours policy

A surcharge of 10% will apply to bookings made on a Australian public holiday and for bookings made outside normal trading times (before 7.30am and after 6pm).
